Returns

Your satisfaction with your purchases and experience in our boutique is our highest priority. So, if you're not completely happy with your purchase within the first 30 days of receiving your items, if the item is brand new, unworn, with no visible wear, smells, or animal hair may be returned within 30 days after arrival for store credit ONLY, no refunds. 

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item within 3-6 days of receiving the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as store credit.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, we will email you a store credit with the approved value. The shipping costs are not refunded as they are customer's responsibility.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

** IMPORTANT NOTE: We are currently not supporting shipping to Canada because of late deliveries due to Canada post's strike until further notice. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience it may cause you. We will have shipping to Canada again once the strike is over to ensure great quality of service. Thank you for your understanding.

Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.

  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. US and Canada orders are shipped by ePacket, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 14 and 21 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

* Important: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any custom taxes or duties. Any custom or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to international orders.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
